Hi, I’m J.J. DiBenedetto – storyteller, world-builder, and lifelong lover of great characters. I’m the author of the Dream Doctor Mysteries, the Jane Barnaby adventures, and sweeping love stories like my brand new novel Ten Years and Then… .

No matter the genre — romance, fantasy, adventure, or science fiction — my books always come back to the heart of the story: people finding love, purpose, and connection in unexpected places.

When I’m not writing, you’ll usually find me listening to opera, rolling dice in a tabletop RPG, rooting for my beloved New York Giants or being properly supervised by my tuxedo cat, Roxie.
